Beautifully Bound accepts no responsibility or liability for personal injury, damage or loss which may occur as the result of the misuse of any of our products.

The information on this site is for information purposes only. It is not intended to treat, diagnose or cure any illness or ailment.

Beautifully Bound respects your privacy and as such we will not capture your email address or personal details. Therefore we cannot and will not sell, share or pass on your details to any third party.

Your payment details will be used one time only. We do not keep your credit card details.

Beautifully Bound only provides service to customers aged 18 years and over.

Choose products carefully as you cannot return any item if you change your mind or if it's an unwanted gift.

We ship within Australia and Internationally.

We are a 100% Australian owned and operated company and we support other Australian owned businesses. We abide by guidelines as set out by the Office of Fair Trading.


All orders are shipped by Tracked or Registered Post with Australia Post.

We do not profit on shipping, therefore minimum rates are charged for shipping and handling.

Your parcel will come with a Beautifully Bound return address sticker on plain packaging. If you need your package discreetly wrapped, please add a note at the checkout so there will be no indication or reference to its contents. Again, your privacy is important to us.

If you are not home when your parcel arrives the postie will leave a calling card for you. You can then pick up your parcel from the designated post office during normal business hours.

Track your packages via

A tracking number will be sent to you when your item is posted. Check your junk email.

We ship within Australia and Internationally.

International delivery is usually 10+ working days. Do not count weekends or public holidays.

Public holidays including Christmas will effect delivery times.

Contact your postal service if you need updates in your country.

COVID-19 is causing delays in deliveries around the world. This is affecting ALL postage and is out of our control. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do to make delivery of your package any quicker. We will dispatch your order as promptly as possible. However, please expect delays. Australia Post will display a notice when you track your item.

Payment Options

All major credit cards are accepted.

For your peace of mind PayPal payments are also accepted.

Should you choose you can direct deposit into our bank account.


Your privacy and satisfaction are of utmost importance to us. For that reason there will be no mention of this site or its products on your billing statement. Payments will refer to a non-descript third party company.

Your credit card details are safe with us. Our website guru uses the latest encryption technology.

We do not hold or store your credit card details.

Credit card and PayPal purchases will be billed and processed on the day they are received. Money transfers will be processed upon receipt of funds.


Due to the nature of our products they cannot be returned because you are not satisfied. That's just icky and is against health regulations.

All products are safely and hygienically checked to make sure they are working before dispatch. It is rare that a product is faulty.

Before contacting us with a suspected faulty product ensure you are using fresh batteries and that they are inserted correctly. We recommend "heavy duty" batteries and not alkaline batteries.

Returns on faulty products are accepted; however you must contact us within five (5) days of receiving said product in order to obtain a Return Authorisation Number (RAN).

When you contact us about your faulty product we will provide you with a RAN and postage details. Please enclose your original shipping invoice for your product and post it in its original packaging if possible (unless you tore it apart in excitement when it arrived, we understand).

Beautifully Bound will fully inspect the returned product. If it is found to be in good working order it will be returned to you at your expense.

Should your product be deemed faulty it will be replaced with a new item. Should an exact replacement be unavailable you may choose another item to the same value.
