How to measure
Measure the base of the neck where the collar will rest, just above the collarbones.
 
Your neck will need to be a MAX of 15 inches at the base of the neck.
This piece is intentionally structured and cannot be resized.

Care
• Do not wear any metals in saltwater.
• As with all fine metal jewellery, scuffing can occur if repeatedly knocked against hard surfaces.
• When combining steel components (such as pendants or beads), minor contact markings may develop over time — this is natural for metal-on-metal wear.
• The closure screw is inverted before dispatch to ensure perfect alignment. Proper reinsertion is the wearer’s responsibility.
• These lock with a tiny invisible screw and an Allen key
• Check the screw regularly and tighten it if needed due to the movement of the body.

Metal Contact & Marking:  When steel pendants, beads, or attachments are worn against the collar, natural friction may cause minor surface marks or colour transfer over time. This is an inherent characteristic of metal-on-metal contact and is not considered a fault or defect.

Surface Wear:  All metal jewellery will develop scuffs, fine scratches, or wear markings if knocked against hard surfaces or worn continuously. This is normal wear and tear and does not qualify as a manufacturing flaw. Ongoing care and mindful use are the responsibility of the wearer.

Safety Warning:  This collar is solid steel and will not release under tension. It must not be worn around heavy machinery or in environments where snagging presents a risk. The purchaser accepts full responsibility for safe use.

Closure & Assembly:  The securing screw is inverted prior to dispatch to ensure optimal alignment and thread integrity. Correct reinsertion and tightening upon removal is the purchaser’s responsibility. Damage caused by incorrect installation, over-tightening, cross-threading, or failure to check the screw regularly is considered user error and is not covered by refund or replacement.

Normal cosmetic wear, improper use, or incorrect assembly does not constitute grounds for return or refund.
