“ I live in New York, USA, and had no issue with ordering and receiving my collar. I purchased the O Male Submissive collar. Shortly after I placed the order I reached out to the company to see if they could do it in brown, instead of black. I received a prompt reply from Sully Brayshaw, suggesting to go with two-tone brown, which sounded pretty good so I agreed. I just received my collar and I am very pleased. It is beautiful! There is a certain quality to hand-made that\'s done well, and they did a great job at a very reasonable price, as well! ”

“ My Master purchased this collar for me a few months ago, and I couldn't be happier with her choice. The leather material itself is soft and easy to clean, with no discomfort, even when the collar is tightened or pressed into the neck. Multiple settings are available for the latch at the back, without leaving too long of a leather strap. The O ring makes for a perfect latch, and is incredibly useful for BSDM. The seller was incredibly quick to make the item (delivered within a few days QLD to NSW) and even included a bonus leather conditioner. I was incredibly impressed with the service we received. Out of the few leather pieces we have, this is probably the highest quality one. I look forward to ordering from this store again in the future! ”
